Welcome to the latest aquatic fitness trend! Aqua Cycling. This unique aquatic indoor stationary bike combines the cardiovascular benefits and muscle movement of cycling with the resistance of water. Take advantage of the added resistance of the water while you are immersed on the stationary bike. This is nothing else like this class! Space is limited to only 9 participants.
This class is temporarily not offered at this time.
This aerobics class is held in the Dedham Pool to provide particpants a unique exercising experience by combining interval training and strengthening exercises. Exercising in the water provides a total body workout that gives you cardio and strength training while having less impact on your joints. The resistance of the water against your body helps strengthen and tone your muscles while providing a fun and unique environment to exercise.
