2011 Spring Competetive Stroke Clinic

 The Recreation Department will once again be offering its popular competitive Stroke Clinic. The class wil begin on April 4th and run 8 weeks.

Registration for the Stroke clinic will begin on Monday March  7 at 9:00 am for Dedham Residents.  Monday March 14th for non residents. CLICK HERE FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION.

The clinic is a program for competitive swimmers who would like a chance to work on stroke technique & building competative endurance. Swimmers will get the chance to work on refining all four competitive strokes. In addition , there will be workouts geared towards builing competitive swim endurance. The program is open to all swimmers aged 5-18 who have a background in competitive swimming. The cost of the clinic is $80 for Dedham Residents and $90 for non residents.

  
This clinic will be strictly limited to 2 groups of 25 swimmers. We will have use of all 6 lanes of the pool which should average a max of 3-4 swimmers per lane.
