Design Guidelines and Design Bulletins

The Design Review Advisory Board (DRAB) is pleased to release their draft Design Guidelines and Design Bulletins for public comment.  The documents are being released in digital format because they are in color and the cost to produce draft color documents would exceed what is available in the budget.  However, if you need a hard copy please contact Richard J. McCarthy, Jr., Planning Director at rmccarthy@dedham-ma.gov. The final Design Guidelines will be a booklet.  Some of the text and graphics are connected between two pages.  To properly view the text and graphics, the Guidelines need to be in two page format.  To view in two page format in Adobe click “View” then click “Page Display” then click “Two Page” layout. Once all comments are given DRAB will evaluate what changes are needed.  Please review both documents and forward to Richard J. McCarthy, Jr., at rmccarthy@dedham-ma.gov.  DRAB would like your comments back by June 25, 2012.
