Tax Rate for the year ending June 30, 2013:
Residential - $15.79 per thousand Commercial, Industrial & Personal Property (CIP) - $34.37 per thousand
Sewer Use Fee for the year ending June 30, 2013:
Residential - $8.08 per unit (hundred cubic feet of metered water usage) Non-Residential - $11.30 per unit
The Tax Collector is responsible for the collection of all billed receivables for the town of Dedham.
This includes the following:
Real Estate Tax Scholarship Fund
Personal Property Tax Police Detail/Alarms
Sewer Use Fee Fire Detail/Alarms
Building Permits DPW Street Openings
Municipal Lien Certificates Selectmen Permits
Real Estate, Personal Property and Motor Vehicle Excise bills can be paid online at www.mcc.net until the due date referenced on the bill. Delinquent bills can not be paid online.
