The Clippers will kick off the 2009-10 season on Monday November 2nd (10&U) Nov 3rd (11&up).

Online registration is available for swimmers that do not take advantage of the membership discounts. If you would like the familiy limit or membership discount you will have to register in person.

The Clippers Winter Swim Team is a highly competitive Co-ed 5-18 year old Boys and Girl’s Swim Team that

competes in the fourteen (14) Member Winter suburban Swim League that includes teams from Acton, Sudbury, Framingham, Newton, Natick, Westwood, Wellesley, brookline, Tri-Valley, Thoreau. Westboro, Weston and Belmont.

Home Meets are on Saturdays starting at 3:30pm.  The Team travels to all away meets by Team Buses.  Practices start Monday, November 4th for all swimmers 10 & under from 6:00-7:30pm and on Tuesday, November 3rd for all swimmers 11 & over from 6:00-7:30pm.

The first nite of practice for both age groups will also be try-outs for new team members.  All 8 & Unders must be able to swim two different strokes 25 yards (one length) of the pool 30 seconds or under on each stroke.  All 9 & 10 swimmers must be able to swim two different strokes 25 yards (one length of the pool) in 25 seconds or less on each stroke.

The Regular Practice Schedule is as follows:
     10 & Under..Monday & Wednesdays 6:00-7:30pm and Sundays 4:00-5:00pm
     11 & Over…Tuesday & Thursdays 6:00-7:30pm and Sundays 5:00-6:00pm

Team Fee

$175.00 per swimmer with a Pool Membership and $190.00 per swimmer without a membership.  $215 per swimmer for non Dedham residents. Family limit with a membership $250.00 per family.  All Team Members receive a team cap and T/Shirt.

The season ends with A & B Regionals at Keefe Tech High School in Framingham.
