Development Review Team
The Development Review Team is composed of the Town Administrator and all relevant Department Heads who will meet informally with developers to discuss project proposals in the preliminary stages before the more formal permitting and review process starts. This is an opportunity for the developer to sit down in a room together with all the Town Departments at one time and discuss a proposal, potentially avoiding future pitfalls and hopefully setting the stage for a more informed and smoother process going forward.
Department Heads at the meeting may include include the Economic Development Director, the Building Dept. Commissioner, the Public Works Dept. Director, the Town Engineer, the Environmental Coordinator, the Chiefs of Police and Fire, the Health Dept. Director and the Town Planner.
