Construction of the new parking lot at Fairbanks field has begun. below is the tentative schedule going forward.

1)    02/23/09 to 02/27/09 Cut trees and clear lot. COMPLETED
2)    03/02/09 to 03/20/09 Cut hill and haul excess fill. COMPLETED
3)    03/23/09 to 03/31/09 Remove old asphalt and subgrade lot. COMPLETED
4)    04/01/09 to 04/10/09   Relocate fence. COMPLETED
5)    04/13/09 to 04/31/09   Install drainage system. COMPLETED
6)    05/04/09 to 05/08/09   Gravel parking lot and sidewalks ready for paving.  COMPLETED
7)    05/11/09 to 05/15/09   Binder coat of asphalt. ( by DPW) COMPLETED
8)    05/18/09 to 05/26/09   Install curbing. ( by DPW ) COMPLETED
9)    05/27/09 to 06/05/09   Landscaping.
10)  06/08/09 to 06/15/09   Finish paving. ( by DPW )
