Flag Football

The first year of our Flag Football Instructional program was a huge success! We will be running the program again this fall. Check back here this August for more information. You can also add your name to our Flag Football mailing list to be notified of any news for the upcoming season.

Dedham Recreation first youth flag football instructional program for ages 5-7.  Youth will be taught the rules and objective of the game of football.  This will be a flag league and will not include tackling.  Passing, running, kicking and catching is what you will find!   Program will take place beginning Aug. 20 with instructional practice and will have Saturday games at Rustcraft field.
