On Monday, January 22, the Board of Selectmen voted to cancel the Special Town Meeting, which had been scheduled in early February for discussion of a $14-million Manor Fields development proposal.

Emerald Ash Borer is an invasive beetle that kills ash trees within just a few years of introduction. Although this time of year they are burrowed deep within the tree, the larva are chewing away inside.
