Requests Waivers from the Dedham Sign Code to allow for a total signage area of +/- 581.59 sq. ft. (429 sq. ft. allowed, 519 sq. ft. existing). The +/- 1,521,551 sq. ft. subject property is located at 302 Providence Highway, Map/Lot 76-1, and is located within the Highway Business (HB) Zoning District.
