Replace two existing windows and paint exterior siding

                                Replace cedar stockade fencing and install two gates

ITEM # 4                14 WESTFIELD STREET

                          Window replacement, replace deteriorated clapboard siding and trim, replace garage doors with new carriage style doors, and repaint exterior.

                                Replace eight wood columns at east and west side porches with fiberglass PermaCast Plus column
