Request for Special Permit for an expansion of an existing indoor padel court facility (i.e., a General Service Establishment). The +/- 45.7-acre subject property is located at 220 Rustcraft Road, Dedham, MA, Map/Lot 164/1 and is located within the Research, Development & Office (RDO) Zoning District. Town of Dedham Zoning Bylaw Section 280-3.1, 9.2, 9.3, 10 and Table 1.

323 Mount Vernon Street – Rory and Devon McKeon
Request for Variances and/or Special Permits for a left side yard setback of 3.2 feet (3.6 feet existing, 10 feet required) and a rear yard setback of 17.3 feet (20 feet required) to build proposed +/- 431 square foot rear addition.
