Requests waivers from the Dedham Sign Code to allow for a total signage area of +/- 32.75 sq. ft. (16 sq. ft. allowed, 28.75 sq. ft. existing). The +/- 5,162 sq. ft. subject property is located at 366 Washington Street, Map/Lot 92-65, and is located within the Central Business (CB) Zoning District. Town of Dedham Sign Code Sections 237-21(C)(1).

593 High Street – Love & Grace
Proposed +/- 6.67 sq. ft. window sign.

885 East Street – Exxon Mobil
Proposed +/- 25.0, +/- 25.0, and +/- 14.67 sq. ft. internally illuminated wall signs. Proposed façade changes for +/- 16,473 sq. ft. gas station.
