All adults are welcome to roll out their mats and soak up the sunshine with Free Yoga & Pilates on the Town Green! Breathe, stretch, and relax under the open sky with your neighbors! The classes are led by professional staff from C2 Body and Stil Studio in Dedham Square and are perfect for all levels, from beginners to seasoned yogis.

Class dates: Yoga: Saturdays at 11am on September 6, 13 and 20. Pilates: Wednesday, September 10 at 5:30pm.

Registration is required for each participant. Arrive a few minutes early to set up. Class will be cancelled if raining.
