Do you have a love for fitness? This role is responsible for designing, applying, and leading safe and active fitness programs specifically tailored for senior adults. The Fitness Trainer will motivate and engage participants in a supportive environment, promoting healthy aging and overall well-being.

The Dedham Council on Aging is seeking enthusiastic and motivated instructors to teach classes at the Dedham Ames Senior Center located at The Dedham Town Hall, 450 Washington Street Dedham, MA 02026.

Classes are in person and about 45-50 mins in length. Pay is competitive.
