Dedham Parks & Recreation is seeking a seasonal, part-time Tennis Instructor who is enthusiastic about the sport and enjoys working with youth. The ideal candidate will lead youth group tennis lessons while fostering a safe, engaging, and fun learning environment.

Instructors should bring an outgoing personality, professionalism, and a positive attitude to each class. Responsibilities include developing age-appropriate group drills, maintaining accurate records, providing excellent communication and customer service, and assisting with basic court maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Knowledgeable in the sport of tennis.
  • Ability to demonstrate proper tennis techniques and instructions.
  • Enjoys working with youth and creating a positive learning environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
