Condon Park Splash Pad Construction Update - July 1, 2025
What to Expect: Current Construction Activities
Equipment and Site Preparation
Excavation has begun with heavy machinery now onsite. Crews have successfully mobilized necessary equipment to begin the groundwork for the new splash pad. A temporary storage container will be delivered to the site and will be positioned near the parking lot, away from the onsite memorial and not blocking public access to the park.

- Construction area will be clearly marked and fenced for safety
Funding Source
The splash pad construction is funded through American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds distributed by Norfolk County.
