Condon Park Splash Pad Construction Update - August 19, 2025
What to Expect: Current Construction Activities
The Condon Park Splash Pad Construction Team continues to make progress onsite and finished pouring the concrete for the pump house (the small building that will control the splash pad) foundation yesterday (August 18). The contractors onsite report that the foundation will dry and harden today and they plan to remove the wooden forms tomorrow. Piping for the pump house will be installed starting next week. Check out the progress photos below!
Work continues to take place within the construction fencing, and no impacts to the neighboring sidewalks and parking areas are anticipated during this work. Please watch for trucks entering and exiting the work area.
UPDATED TIMELINE: The project completion date has been revised from the end of August to the end of September to address site conditions encountered during the work.
Regulatory Coordination and Compliance
Throughout construction, the project team maintains ongoing communication with multiple Town departments, including Engineering, Public Works, Building, and Stormwater Management, to ensure the project adheres to all applicable regulations and municipal standards.
