Town Staff/Officials Email Address Change

Effective immediately across town staff, including public safety

Effective immediately, all Town of Dedham staff email addresses have been updated This also includes Public Safety and some group email address for Town boards and committees:

  • OLD FORMAT (example): name@dedham-ma.gov
  • NEW FORMAT (example): name@dedhamma.gov (removed the hyphen)

What This Means for You

  • All staff can now be reached using the new "@dedhamma.gov" format
  • The old @dedham-ma.gov addresses will continue to work temporarily during the transition
  • Please update your contacts and records with the new email addresses

If you have trouble contacting any Town or Public Safety staff, please give us a call at 781-751-9100 (Town Hall Main Directory to connect to departments) or visit our Contact Us page  on the Town website for our staff directory: www.dedham-ma.gov/connect.

This change helps streamline our digital communications and ensures consistent email formatting across all town departments. We will be updating the URL to the Town website in the coming months, so please keep an eye out for that. We will issue a separate communication for that as the migration is finalized.
