Condon Park Splash Pad Construction Update - October 28, 2025
Work continues on the new splash pad facility. Remaining construction includes interior plumbing at the pump house, concrete sidewalk installation, and stormwater infrastructure.
According to the current schedule, the splash pad will be substantially complete and winterized by November 7. Final punch list items and spray fixture testing are scheduled for mid-April to mid-May, after which the splash pad will be ready for its official opening.

Park Access
- The playground, ball field, and parking areas will remain open and accessible
- Construction area will be clearly marked and fenced for safety. Please be respectful of the construction tape and fencing; do not remove or attempt to move them.
Funding Source
The splash pad construction is funded through American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds distributed by Norfolk County.
Anticipated Project Schedule
Project is expected to be completed by the end of September. Schedule updates will be shared as they are available.
