The Town of Dedham is seeking one at-large community representative to serve on the newly established Facilities Master Plan Steering Committee, appointed by the Select Board.
About the FMP Steering Committee:
This committee will guide the Town and Dedham Public Schools in creating a long-term Facilities Master Plan (FMP), a comprehensive vision for capital investment, maintenance, and improvement of school and municipal buildings and public land.
Role of the FMP Steering Committee:
- Help select and oversee a professional consulting firm
- Lead community engagement forums and surveys
- Review facility conditions, enrollment projections, and financial data
- Deliver prioritized recommendations to the School Committee and Select Board
