System Updates and Changes

Update as of January 1, 2026: Our vendor has relaunched our reverse 911system, CodeRed by Crisis24. All subscribers enrolled in our previous system (CodeRED) prior to March 31, 2025 has been automatically enrolled in CodeRed by Crisis24. If you wish to verify your enrollment information (contact info, preferences, etc.) please visit our new enrollment page using this link.

How does Dedham use our Emergency Notification System, CodeRed by Crisis24? 

In the event of an emergency or critical event, the Town of Dedham will use CodeRed by Crisis24, an emergency notification system, that will quickly deliver information to residents via landline, mobile phone, email, and text (based on resident preferences selected at the time of registration).

Registration is recommended for all Dedham residents. If you are not yet registered to receive CodeRed by Crisis24 alerts or if you would like to verify your registration status, please visit the Town of Dedham, MA Crisis24 Account Portal. You can also Opt-Out of these notifications using the same link.

Please note: CodeRed by Crisis24 is used sparingly and is reserved for emergency situations.

The Town has introduced a new platform called "Be Heard Dedham" to gather community feedback and provide updates on projects and initiatives.

Serving as a central hub for information and resources, this portal, powered by EngagementHQ, allows the Town to receive new ideas and feedback directly from residents. It also facilitates the sharing of stories and educational content, ensuring that every community member feels informed and empowered.

As this portal continues to expand, we encourage you to stay tuned for future updates and enhancements!
