Located at the Dedham High School, the Facilities & Maintenance Department:
Maintains and oversees repairs to all municipal and school buildings, including landscaping and sidewalk snow removal.
Monitors energy usage and compliance with building codes other regulatory requirements.
Produces an annual capital improvement program (CIP) to assist in the Town’s evaluation of potential projects and purchases.

If you are concerned with any issues regarding road maintenance, vegetation, or other public domains that are not Town buildings, please contact the Department of Public Works. The Facilities & Maintenance Department is primarily tasked with maintaining and repairing Town buildings.
