Massachusetts Public Records Law, G.L. c.66 and c.4, §7(26) provides that a municipality must, within 10 business days, respond to a request for records.
The process for submitting requests for public records in Dedham has been improved to allow requests to be submitted through an online open public records web portal. Access Dedham's NextRequest Public Records Request Portal online here.
