Dedham residents can use one of the following options to schedule a FREE curbside pickup:

Tip: Review the list of acceptable and non-acceptable items, as listed on the CMRK website prior to scheduling your pickup.

Note: CMRK cannot accept furniture of any kind, including mattresses. (As of November 1, 2022, the MassDEP added textiles and mattresses to the list of materials banned from disposal).

How to Prepare for Curbside Pick-Up

After you have contacted CMRK to schedule your curbside pick-up, please take the following steps to help facilitate a quick and efficient collection:

1. Clothing and shoes: plastic garbage bags labeled CMRK/BBBS (Avoid using boxes when possible)
2. Dishes and breakable items: properly wrapped and packed in boxes as if you were moving (30 lbs. each)
3. Small miscellaneous household items: packed in a labeled and sealed box marked CMRK/BBBS

1. All bags/boxes should be sealed with NO tears or rips which may cause the box/bag to fall apart. CMRK is NOT a trash service.
2. All bags/boxes must be neatly sealed/tied, and placed in an area visible from the street on the scheduled day of pickup. There is no limit to the number of bags you can donate. CMRK drivers will not come to the door as to respect your privacy.

Collection bins (as pictured below) have been placed at the following locations in Dedham:

• ECEC - 1100 High St.
• Avery Elementary School - 336 High St.
• Greenlodge Elementary School - 191 Greenlodge St.
• Oakdale Elementary School - 147 Cedar St.
• Riverdale Elementary School 1 143 Needham St.
• Middle School - 70 Whiting Ave.
