2025 National Community Survey Results Available

The Town of Dedham partnered with Polco to conduct a citizen survey using the National Community Survey™ to measure community livability, assess residents' needs, evaluate the impacts of governmental programs, and gauge resident sentiment and satisfaction with key services and programs.

The survey period has now concluded. Survey results are available through the interactive dashboard on this page, as well as through the full report and presentation materials linked below. You can also view the recording of the November 20 Select Board presentation, courtesy of Dedham TV.

We thank all participants for sharing their feedback. This survey captured your opinions on Town services, quality of life, and what matters most to our community. The results will help inform the Town's Deficit Reduction Plan and future budget decisions.
